Sudden Death of Mrs. Governor Bigler.—On last Saturday afternoon Elizabeth R. Bigler, a Pennsylvania, aged 67, and widow of the late ex-Governor John Bigler, in her usual heath came down town in a street car from her residence on H street, between Eleventh and Twelfth. When she returned home she said her head ached, and she laid down on her bed. At 9 P.M. one of the household went to awaken her and found her dead. She was buried at 2 o'clock this afternoon from her late residence, the Sacramento Society of California Pioneers, of which ex-Governor Bigler was in his life time a member, attending the funeral in a body.
