Funeral services for Evadean Haley Grant, 82, will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 1, 2005 at Adamsville First Baptist Church with ministers Phil Mitchell, Ron Davidson and Frank Kemper officiating. Burial will follow in Adamsville Cemetery, Adamsville, TN.

Mrs. Grant, a retired employee of Harwood Manufacturing, died Monday, August 29, 2005 at Tri-County Convalescent Home, Adamsville, TN. She was a member of Adamsville First Baptist Church. She worked for Adamsville Elementary School as a custodian and she also assisted the elderly in performing their daily tasks.

She is survived by her daughters, Gerry Moffett and husband, Willie Earl of Adamsville, TN and Johnnie Hall and husband, Billy N. of Texarkana, TX; grandchildren, Danny Moffett; Dion Moffett and Tony Moffett and ten great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Grant; parents, Marvin and Rausia Droke Walker; son, Danny Grant and sister, Maxine Flatt.

Pallbearers to serve are Dion Moffett, Tony Moffett, Bernard Blasingame, Dr. J. S. Boyd, Larry Rucker, and Dr. James Hoover.
