Mary Agnes "Granny" Clark, 92, a current resident of Rossville, GA went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday morning, June 27th, 2014 surrounded by her family. Granny was born on July 5th, 1921 in Tullahoma, TN a daughter of the late Hermon and Alice Grant. She was of the Baptist faith. Granny loved working in her flower beds and doing crafts. She didn't miss the opportunity to try just about anything.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband William Earl Clark and brother Hermon Edwin Grant.
Granny leaves behind to cherish her memory two daughters Peggy Ann Hillis and Patty Jean Park and her husband Matthew Cole Park, one granddaughter Suzanne Pickens (Brad), one grandson Chris Barnwell (Cortney), one great granddaughter Kennadi Barnwell, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday night, June 29th, 2014 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland, TN.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2014 at 3:00 PM EST in the Mt. Garner Cemetery in Decherd, TN with Reverend Ray Gardner officiating.
