Mrs. Vicki Grass Beal passed from this life on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

Vicki was born June 13, 1952, in DeRidder, Beauregard Parish, Louisiana to Mr. and Mrs. John M. Grass.

Vicki was a devoted wife mother and grandmother. She loved her family and life in general. Before moving back to DeRidder, Vicki lived in Florida. She was Senior Vice President in Transaction Management, a valued employee and primary rating agency contact for Clayton Holdings Corp. She was the face and voice of Clayton and has appeared before the Senate Banking Committee in Washington and other regulatory committees to represent the firm in explaining the diligence process. Vicki was featured in Housingwire Magazine, “Women of Influence” as one of the top 20 prestigious women in the United State.

Left to cherish her wonderful memory and life are her husband of almost 43 years Hebert Grant Beal, Jr. of DeRidder: two sons, Hebert Grant (Trey) Beal, III and his wife Kristin of Tampa, Florida and John Martin Beal and wife Christy of Baytown, Texas: her mother, Daisy Geiger of DeRidder; her mother-in-law, Anita Beal of Beaumont, Texas; five grandchildren, Breanne Beal, David Beal, Kyle Beal, Jordan Beal, Blake Beal and a host of nieces and nephews; also, by her brothers, Mike Grass and wife, Cheryl of Silsbee and Mark Grass and wife, Renee of Watauga, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, John M. Grass; sister, Renee Grass Hines, her father-in-law, Herbert Beal, and her grandparents, Archie and Stella Nichols.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Oglesby, staff and nurses of Beauregard Memorial Hospital and all those who called and sent flowers and to First United Methodist Church for all their prayers and thoughts during this time of sorrow.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 28, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church in DeRidder, LA, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Cooper Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to; The OYOU Community Arts Center Own Your Own Universe at P. O. Box 2340 San Marcos, TX 78667, or the First United Methodist Church of DeRidder.
