She is survived by her parents Bill and Mary Gregory of Stearns, Kentucky, a son Cody Joe Allen Burke and wife Mariah, three daughters: Priscilla, Shantall and Devon Shelton, two brothers: Scotty (and Sue) Gregory of Pine Knot, Skylor "Jake" (and Dixie) Gregory of Revelo, Kentucky, two sisters: Savannah Jones of Whitley City and Samantha Godsey of Stearns. She has one granddaughter: Bridget Nevaeh Burke.
