Roy Griner - Meldrim -Roy Griner of Meldrim, GA, died February 13, 2007, at his home after a long illness. Survivors: his wife of 48 years and love of his life, Faye Griner; a daughter and son-in-law, Sonja and Ralph Schuman, Jr.; three grandchildren, Victoria, Joshua and Katie Schuman, all of Brooklet; one brother and sister-in-law, Martin and Edith Griner of Black Creek; one sister, Mary Jones of Pembroke; mother-in-law, Forestine Pierce of Eldora; three brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Mickey and Brenda Talley of Pembroke, Odell and Nell Talley of Meldrim, and William Beebe of Guyton; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Billy Pevey of Black Creek and Christine and Cliff Cunningham of Brooklet; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral: J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and a memorial service will be held February 16, 2007, 6:00 p.m., at the First Baptist Church of Pooler. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Odyssey Health Care, 5105 Paulsen Street, Suite 225D, Savannah, GA, 31405. J.
