Mamie Estelle Alexander, 88, of Rhinehart, died Monday, February 25, 2008 at the LaSalle General Hospital of Jena.
She was a homemaker.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb 26, at the Oak Grove Baptist Church near Rhinehart with the Revs. Mack Walker, Gary Waggoner, and Kent Hatfield officiating.
Interment followed in the Alexander Cemetery near Rhinehart under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Alexander, Sr.
Survivors include two sons, Roy "Zach" Alexander, Jr. and Frank Alexander, both of Rhinehart; two grandchildren, Jason Alexander and wife Amy, and Jesse Alexander, and two great-grandchildren, Ashley Alexander and Sarah Alexander.
