Mrs. Meta Goodland, 85, a resident of Ladies Benevolent Society Home, 1628 N. Main St., died Friday at 5:30 p.m. at Pleasant Acres Nursing Home.
Mrs. Goodland was born in Oshkosh June 4. 1888, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hafeman, and was married to George Goodland Sept. 30, 1915. He preceded her in death in 1956.
She was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Surviving is one brother, John Hafeman, Oshkosh.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Seefeld-Ruminski Church Avenue Chapel with the Rev. Thomas Asuma officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the Church Avenue Chapel from 2-4 p.m. Sunday.
