Gerald Wayne "Jerry" Hagerman passed away in his sleep on Friday, 12 November 2010 at his home in Riverside.

Jerry was born 22 September 1936 in Orange, California, the son of Marion Sidney Hagerman and Beulah Vista Heaton.

Following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps, he started driving trucks and for more than 40 years he drove gasoline tankers here in the Inland Empire. First for Standard Oil, B. B. Morgan, Golden Bear Marketing and Superior. He took pride in his trucks and his service.

Jerry married Jeanne Irene Lewis on 20 July 1956 and together they raised three children. Glenn Michael, Carl Wayne and Dianna Kay. They moved to Riverside in 1960.

An honest and generous man, a good husband, great father, excellent grandfather and great grandfather, an awesome friend to many and will be greatly missed by those he left behind.

Survived by his wife, Jeanne; children: Mike (Debbie) Hagerman, Carl (Yvette) Hagerman and Dianna Authier; grandchildren C.J. and Brandon Hagerman, Nikelle (Chuck) Franklin, Kristin Rodriguez and Jodie Authier; great grandsons, Andrew and Anthony Rodriguez, all of Riverside; his sister, Donna Mock of Oklahoma; and an aunt, Betty Johnson of Oregon. Also his favorite niece, Susie Struckhoff.

My Uncle Jerry and I shared our birthday and we celebrated many with each other. I had quite a few uncles, but I must say, Jerry was my FAVORITE! I have many wonderful Kodak moments ... I love you and I miss you bunches.

May God Bless you and keep you ... Until we meet again.
