Wanda Jean (Hagerman) Brown is the daughter of Jesse T. and Frances E. (Lloyd) Hagerman. She married Orley Gillette Brown Jr. 15 Sept 1946. Wanda is a 2nd cousin to me.

Wanda Jean Hagerman Brown died July 26 at Castle Rock Convalescent Center in Green River, Wyoming. She was 75.
Wanda was born Aug. 22, 1928, in Grand Junction, the daughter of Jesse T. Hagerman and Frances Lloyd Hagerman. She attended Mt. Lincoln Elementary, Campon Academy and graduated from Grand Junction High School with the Class of 1945.
On Sept. 15, 1946, she married Orley G. Brown, Jr. He predeceased her February 5, 1998.
Wanda lived in California for 20 years, moving to Colorado in 1966. She moved to Green river in 1968 where she lived for 10 years and returned there in 1998. She had also lived in Hayden, Palisade and Mesa.
Wanda was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Her interests included family, knitting, crocheting, fishing and camping.
Survivors include a daughter, Jeanna O. (Mike) Steadman, Green River, two grandsons: Michael T. Steadman, Grand Junction, and Daniel A. Steadman, Woodstock, Georgia; one aunt and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was further predeceased by two brothers, one sister, an aunt, two uncles and may special pets.
A funeral service was held July 30 at the Palisade Seventh-day Adventist Church, Pastor Mike Kissner officiating. Burial followed in Palisade Municipal Cemetery.
