Barbara Hahn, 76, formerly of Carteret, passed away Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, in Carlisle, Pa.
Born in Newark, she lived in Carteret for many years before moving to Mechanicsburg, Pa. five years ago.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Carteret.
She is predeceased by her son, John Hahn, in 2002; a brother, George Baer; and a sister, Marjarie Kern.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Sondra Sattazahn and her husband Matthew of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; and two great-grandchildren, Alexander and Kathryn.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 9:00am from the Chubenko Funeral Home 625 Port Reading Ave., Port Reading followed by a 9:30am Mass of Christian Burial from St Joseph R.C. Church Carteret with interment to follow at St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation will be Wednesday 7pm to 9pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Woodbridge animal shelter.
