Fannie Haislip Carlson, of Roanoke, died Monday, February 24, 1997.

She was the widow of Charles G. Carlson

She was a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church. Surviving are two brothers, Eugene Persing Haislip, Raleigh, N. C. and James Wilson Haislip, Roanoke.

Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel, 11 a.m. Thursday, with Pastor Rick Elmore officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's South Chapel.
