Funeral services were held Friday for Mrs. Elizabeth Hall Anderson at the Boma Baptist Church with the Rev. Bob Ramsey officiating. Burial was in the Smellage Cemetery.
Mrs. Anderson died Tuesday at her home in Detroit, MI after a short illness. She was a former resident of Putnam County and was the widow of Fowler D. Anderson.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Jim Hall, Baxter, TN; 3 sons, Richard Anderson, U.S. Army, James and Freddie Ray Anderson, both of Detroit, MI; 3 brothers, Frank Hall and Douglas Hall, both of Baxter, TN; Benton Hall, Detroit, MI; 3 sisters, Mrs. Pennock Maxwell and Mrs. Howell Womack, Baxter; and Mrs. Julia Carey of Hartsville, TN.
