Margaret Ramsey Hallowes was a civilian casualty of WW2

Margaret of Sloane Court, Chelsea, London, was born in Milton, Hampshire, the daughter of retired Major General George Skene and Lucy Ann Hallowes (nee Hope). Margaret perished as a result of an enemy air attack at Sloane Court.

Although the memorial tablet image (as shown on the left of this page) suggests there were only three civilian casualties of this rocket attack, sadly five victims at No.1 Sloane Court were officially recorded as CWD.
