Billie Jean Taylor Hare, age 66, of Pulaski, passed away Sunday, Dec. 19, 2010.

Born Sept. 27, 1944 in Bland County, she was the daughter of the late Willie Taylor and Irene Nowlin Cogar.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dewey Hare, and son, Eric Scott Hare.

She was a former employee of Walmart.

Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Dewy "Chuck" Hare Jr. and Patricia Hare of Maryland, and Randolph Patrick "Randy" Hare and Sharon Hare of Orlando, Fla.; three grandchildren, Jena Hare, Aften Hare and Charles Ian Hare; sister, Linda Parah and husband, Armand Parah of Radford; and brothers, Loyd Taylor of Fredericksburg and Jerry Taylor and wife, Lynn Taylor, of Tennessee.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Randy Morris officiating. Interment will follow in Boyd Family Cemetery, Giles County. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
