Dorothy attended Fontana High School and Chaffey High School, she also attended San Bernardino Valley College. She worked at a pottery shop, Weber's Bakery, Imperial Producer and Harris' Co. She was a member of the Church of Christ, Mt. View Ave, San Bernardino.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Harold Harmon; son, Tony Harmon, daughter-in-law, Patricia Harmon; grandchildren and spouses, Tony & Michelle Harmon, Tiffany & Alex Arrizabalaga, Mindy & Chuck Hales, Micah Harmon; great grandchildren, Tanner & Logan Arrizabalaga, Brittney, Kirstie & Alex Hales, Rebecca & Corey Harmon, Cora Schorovsky; great-great granddaughter, Addie Harmon.

Visitation on Wed., 2/25/09 from 4-7 PM at Arlington Mortuary in Riverside, Graveside Service Thurs. 2/26/09 at 2:00 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, Staging #5. Arlington Mortuary, Directors.
