Mrs. Nannie Boyd, 93, Dies At Home Today
Mrs. Nannie Bell Boyd, 93, died about 5:30am at her home, 1702 S. Campbell, after a three month illness.
Funeral services will be at 2pm tomorrow at Taylor's Chapel Methodist Church in Todd County. Officiating will be her pastor, the Rev. L.R. Bottoms. Burial will be in Stokes Cemetery.
A native of Todd County, Mrs. Boyd had lived in this county for 37 years. She was the daughter of Jasper and Elizabeth Stigall Harris. Mrs. Boyd was a member of the Taylor's Chapel Church.
Surviving are two children, Bruce Boyd, of the city and Mrs. L.I. Martin, Cadiz; a sister, Mrs. Fannie Thompson, Elkton; six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Nephews and grandsons will be pallbearers. The body is at Henninger Funeral Home.
