Mary A. Fortier, 85, formerly of Chcnoa, died at 6:40 a. m. Monday in St. Andrew's Home in Niles. She had been a patient there 2 years.
Mrs. Fortier was born March 25, 1870, in Ireland, a daughter of Edward Harnett and Cathryn Harnett (Daniel Edmond) Leahy.
Her husband, Emanuel Fortier, preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Emmett of Chicago and one sister, Mrs. John Leahy, also of Chicago.
Two sons also preceded her in death.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Chenoa.
