DORSET Twp. — Patty Ann Haught, age 68, St. Rt. 193, Dorset Twp., died Monday morning, Oct. 6, 2008, at the Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna.

Born June 18, 1940, in Buchannon, W.Va., she was the daughter of William and Beatrice (DePoy) Riggleman, and lived in Ashtabula County since 1955, coming from Buchannon, W.Va. Patty was married to Denver L. Haught on June 30, 1957 in Dorset.

She was a member of the Dorset Baptist Church and her hobbies include gardening, crafts, fishing, watching the birds, being outside and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by five children, Rebecca S. (Dennis) Herd of Surprise, Ariz., Debra A. Haught of Dorset Twp., Elizabeth F. (David) Cutlip of Andover, Rose M. (Norman) Lewis of Wooster and Denver L. (Gina) Haught of Ashtabula; nine grandchildren, Michael (Starfire), Samantha, Kayla, Jarrod, Nicole, Erin (Paul), Amy, Matthew and Megan; four great-grandchildren, Damian, Gabriel, Eli and Miguel; three brothers, Dickie Riggleman of Tucson, Ariz., Bill Riggleman of Shelbyville, Ky. and Steve Riggleman of Albemarle, N.C.; and four sisters, Phyllis Haught of Dorset Twp., Sue Anslow of Jefferson, Linda Lee of Tony, Wis. and Alice Ylisaari of Conneaut.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Denver in 1996; and a brother, Kenneth Hyer.

Graveside Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday at the Beechwood Cemetery in Alma, W.Va.

Calling hours will be 6 to 8 p.m., today, at the Jefferson Home of the FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dorset Baptist Church, P. O. Box 81, Dorset, Ohio 44032. Envelopes will also be at the funeral home.
