Wilena "Lena" C. Cramer, 86, of Rock Island, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM on Monday, August 3, 2015 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to 1st United Presbyterian Church, Moline.
Lena was born October 29, 1928 in Kirksville, MO, the daughter of Albert and Myrtle"Goldie" (Skaggs) Haynie. She married Emery Cramer on May 8, 1948 in Moline. Lena enjoyed traveling, taking family vacations, and her Tuesday shopping trips and buffet at Bishops. She took pride in being a homemaker and spending time with her children.
Lena is survived by her daughter Diana (Carl) Robinson, Coal Valley; grandchildren, Julie (Cameron) Dallmann, Aubrey, TX, Catherine (Eric) Burnham, Cedar Lake, IN, and Heather (Jason) Ford, Washington, IL; great-grandchildren, Kira and Joshua Dallmann; Tyler, Bryce and Emily Burnham; and Brandon and Ryan Ford; sister, Dorothy Baker; brother, Kenneth (Jean) Haynie; numerous nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Don and Wanda Jacobs. She was preceded in death by her husband Emery Cramer; parents; son, Glenn Cramer; sisters, Merla Pauline Ford and Helen Meier; and brothers, Herman, Gerald, James, Robert and Charles Haynie.
