Mrs. Iva Isabelle Bartlett died Sunday at her home at Thompkins, near Lawrenceville. She was born Oct. 19 1884 in Farmington, the daughter of William Hemingway and Betsey Smith Hemingway. Surviving are her husband, Harland Bartlett, of Tompkins; her mother Mrs. Betsey Hemingway of Crooked Creek; sons, William Davis of Corning; Leroy Davis of Elkland;and Ernest Davis of Elmira; daughters, Mrs. Floyd Brockway of Lawrenceville; Mrs. Floyd Gee of Nelson; step-daughter, Mrs. Jennie Burrows of Lawrenceville; sisters, Mrs. Laura Mignon of Buffalo; Mrs. Ruby Boyce of Elmira; Mrs. Harriett Root of Nelson; Mrs. Bessie Helm of Elmira and Jennie Hemingway of Crooked Creek; several grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held Wednesday at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church at Crooked Creek at 2 p.m. , Rev. Albert Beckwith and Rev. John Jones of Crooked Creek officiating; burial in Hammond Cemetery.
