He was a parishioner of United Methodist Church of Monroe, a life member of Blooming Grove Volunteer Ambulance Corps, a member of Orange County Realtors Association and a member of the N.Y.S. Realtors Association. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Mingle Hemming, at home; his son, Frank E. Hemming, III of Campbell Hall, NY; is father, Frank E. Hemming, St. of Clearwater, FL; his siter, Debra Brendel of Garfield, NJ, nieces and nephews.
