MRS. HELEN HENDERSON ALLMON, 85, of 27 Monongalia Street, died yesterday at home. She was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist. A resident here since 1919, she assisted at the Christian Scientist Reading Room on Quarrier Street for many years. Mrs. Allmon was a 1901 graduate of Marietta College. Surviving: sister, Mrs. Harris B. Thomas of Jacksonville, Florida; brother, Edward Henderson of Vienna; and several nieces and nephews. Service will be 2 p.m. in Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home by Reader Roy Samms Sr. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
