ORFORDVILLE—Frances Julia Heyerdahl, 80, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2005, at her home. She was born on Dec. 22, 1924, in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Martin and Alyce (Witter) McCabe. Frances married Gerald Merlin Heyerdahl on June 8, 1951, in Beloit. She was a graduate of Beloit High School in 1943 and Green County Normal in 1944. She taught in rural schools prior to her marriage. She was a member of Luther Valley Church. Frances is survived by her husband; two daughters and their spouses; son; grandchildren; brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
