Mrs. Fannie Sophia Hill, 87, of 2025 Virginia Ave., died Saturday at Fahrney-Keedy Memorial Home. Born in Confluence, Pa., she was a daughter of Virgil M. and Mary Elizabeth Pullin Black. She was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church and a graduate of Beaver, Pa., College, where she majored in music. She is survived by her husband, Reeves Hill; daughters, Mrs. Jane Booth of Mont Vale, N.J., and Mrs. Betty Jayne of Clinton, Iowa; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. M.M. Brooke of Confluence, Pa. Services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Leaf Funeral Home in Williamsport. The Rev. William E. Firth will officiate; burial will be in the Addison Cemetery in Addison, Pa. [Unknown Source]
