Mrs Alice Jane Adams, 91, died Saturday, August 24, at the home of her daughter in Pulaski.
Funeral services for Mrs. Adams, wife of the late Joe Adams, were held Monday afternoon, August 26, in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home, with Mr. G.C. Fox, Church of Chist minister, officiating. Burial was in Ethridge Cemetery.
A native of Giles County, Mrs. Adams was born December 18, 1886, the daughter of the late John and May Evans Henson. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Appleton, Pulaski, and Mrs. Roberta Davenport, Gallatin;
three sons, Wilburn, Mr. Pleasant, LeRoy, Lewisburg, and Alvin Adams, Ethridge; one brother, Horace Henson, Ethridge; and thirty-seven grandchildren.
