Annie Wilson Hoey was the youngest daughter of William Hoey (4 Mar 1808-16 Mar 1873) and Jane Barnett (abt 1822-3 May 1892). William Hoey was a Wesleyan Methodist minister who commenced his ministry in 1831.
She emigrated to Canada circa 1905.
She married Richard Williams, a widowed rancher, at Branch Ranch, Deadmans Creek, Savona, British Columbia on 21 May 1910. He died barely three months later in August 1910.
Her second marriage was to Gideon Nelson Burlock (1877-1951) at the Methodist Church, Kamloops, British Columbia on 24 November 1920.
