TOMAH, Wis. -- Amelia "Amy" M. Bernhardt, 54, Tomah, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 1990, in her home. She was born April 15, 1936, the only child of Julius and Mary (Hansen) Hoffman.
Survivors include her husband, Donald of Tomah; a son, Eric of St. Paul, Minn.; her daughter, Cynthia, and grandson, Jamie, both of Atlanta, Ga.; her mother, Mary Hoffman of Tomah; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Roxanne, and her father.
Services will be Sunday at 1 p.m. from St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tomah. The Rev. John D. Kuske will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, Tomah, Saturday from 4 until 9 p.m. and at the church Sunday from 12:30 p.m. until time of services. The family requests memorials be given to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church Broadcast Fund or American Cancer Society.
