Wilson - Holeman
Married, at the courthouse at Maryville, Mo., by Probate Judge Milton J. Hull, at ten o'clock, August 17, 1931, Miss Mary Marie Wilson and Loren G. M. Holeman. The contracting parties need no introduction, both having grown up to young womanhood and young manhood in their respective communities
Loren is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Holeman, who lives on Empire Prairie, and was a graduate of the King City high school in 1924 and has been engaged in farming and stock raising with his father ever since.
Marie is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Wilson, who lives northwest of King City, also in the Lafayette community, and is a graduate of the 1927 class of the Lafayette high school and is a very accomplished young lady and well worthy of her chosen partner.
They were accompanied to Maryville by the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Holeman, and they all left immediately after the ceremony for Chadron, Nebraska, to visit Mr. and Mrs. Paul Standlea, sister of the groom. They will visit the Black Hills in South Dakota, and other points in Wyoming and Colorado. They will be at home on Empire Prairie to their many friends after September first.

Loren Holeman
KING CITY, Mo. - Loren G.M. Holeman, 79, was found dead Monday at his home on Route 2 in King City.
He was born in Stanberry, Mo, and had lived all his life in Gentry Co. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in King City.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Wilson Holeman, in 1968, and his second wife, Willimina Adams Holeman, in 1981.
Mr. Holeman is survived by one daughter, Mary Joan Hill, Stanberry, Mo.; one son, Darrel Holeman, King City, Mo.; one sister, Lorene Standlea, King City; four grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Clark Chapel in King City. Burial will be in the King City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home chapel.
