Margaret Pauline Backer, 94, of Mineola, TX passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in Mineola, TX. She was born on Thursday, March 3, 1921 in Conway, MO to the late Olive M. and Beulah Holiday.
Pauline was a member of the Pilgrim Rest #2 Church in Golden. She was a member of The Eastern Star of Fort Worth.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Everett Lee Backer; son, Larry Lee Backer; daughter, Linda Carol Hogan; two brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by daughter-in-law, Janet Backer of Mineola; four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Beaty Funeral Home on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 6-8 PM. Funeral service will be held at Pilgrims Rest #2 Church on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 2:00 PM officiated by Bro. Craig Kearby. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Mineola, TX.
