Eleanor's life left a legacy of happiness, smiles, and laughter to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin, in 2004, her son, John, in 1998, and her sister, Margaret, in 1989. She is survived by her daughter, Patty; niece, Eleanor; daughter-in-law, Linda; son-in-law, Ed; four grandchildren, Tim (Joy) Michael, Jeremey Michael, Melissa (Dave), and Renea (Chad); and great-nephew, Stephen (Kimberly). Also surviving are five great-grandchildren, Ashley and Kody, Courtney, Cameron, and Tyler, and Reece; and two great-great-nephews, Max and Jack.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 15, 2013, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, Topeka. Burial will follow in Rochester Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Care.
