Vernon Lee Holt, age 88 of London, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 03, 2017 at Saint Joseph London Hospital. He was the father of Margaret Posey and husband David of London, Kentucky, the brother of Florence Rookard and husband Jack, and Casper Holt and wife Pearl all of London, Kentucky. He is also survived by his granddaughter, Katie Posey of London, Kentucky; and by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bob and Margie Massie of London, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Ann (Massie) Holt, and by his parents, Riley Holt and Ora Jane (Barrett) Holt. Funeral Services for Vernon Lee Holt will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday, July 06, 2017 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bart Jones and Joseph Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow at A.R. Dyche Memorial Park with DAV Chapter 158, Keavy, in charge of military honors.
