Mrs. Joetta (Holt) Conner, age 71, of Benton, KY, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. She was a homemaker and was member of the Pleasant Hope Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Homer Gene Holt and the late Robbie Nell (Burkeen) Holt.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Joe Buel Conner of Benton, KY., one daughter, Anita Powell, husband Ricky of Benton, KY., two sons, Greg Conner, of Paducah, KY., Barry Conner, wife Melanie of Benton, KY, one sister Vickie York of Benton, KY., three brothers, Jimmy Holt, Terry Holt and Mark Holt all of of Benton, KY. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, Heather Powell, Allison Powell, Chastidy Smiddy, Ruble Powell, Justin Conner, Courtney Conner, Sam Conner, Emily Conner and Hannah Conner. Three great grandchildren also survive.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St.., Benton, KY.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Bro. Curtis Harrell will officiate. Burial will follow the service in the Fairdealing Cemetery, Benton, KY.
Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 18. 2014 at the Collier Funeral Home.
