Village Resident For Past 7 Years Is Taken By Death -
Last rites for Mrs. Emma Fletcher were said in Banning at Weifels and Sons chapel Tuesday at 2 p. m. Mrs. Fletcher passed away at Arlington hospital Sunday. She had been a resident of Palm Springs for seven years and lately had been employed at Torney General Hospital. She leaves to mourn her loss, her daughter, Ruby; mother, Mrs. Frona Gill; four sisters, Mrs. Ruby Hungerford of White Horse, Canada; Alice Johnson of Pomona; Katheryn Felts of Oklahoma City and Margaret Combs of Cushing,.Okla.; two brothers, Earl Hornaday of Banning and William Gill of Palm Springs. Her husband, J. P. Fletcher, preceded her in death May 30, 1943.
