He arrived in the US in October 1908. He declared his intention to become a US citizen on 02 April 1918 in Federal District Court, Boston. In 1918 Ramiro was drafted (WWI) while residing in Uxbridge, Massachusetts and working at City Hospital, Boston where he was a "hospital attendant". Ramiro returned to Cuba to visit his mother and family in 1919.
I find no further data for him but believe that he changed his name to or used the name of John Murray.
