Vivian Agnes Armstrong, 89, of Concord, died on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at her home. She was born on October 28, 1924, to John William and Pearl (Timlick) Hudson in Rolla, ND. She is preceded in death by Lyle Armstrong in 1997 and Verle Sidwell in 2006 .
She is survived by her sisters, Ethel Duchesneau of Rolla, ND, and Mildred Amundson of Otis Orchards, WA, and brother, James Hudson of Oklahoma City, OK, and by her daughter, Barbara Parlotz and her husband, the Most Reverend Dr. Robert Parlotz, of Bellevue, WA, and her son, Alan Armstrong and his wife Susan of Pittsburg, CA. Her grandchildren are Lt. Col. David Parlotz, USAF, of Spokane, WA, and Tonya Muldoon of Juneau, Alaska, and great grandchildren John and Samuel Parlotz of Spokane, WA, Alec Muldoon of Juneau, AK, and step great grandchildren Will Muldoon and Shannon Whistler of Juneau, AK, and step great-great grandchildren, Willow and Evelyn Whistler of Juneau, AK.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00PM, Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel, 4125 Clayton Rd., Concord. Interment will be at 11:00AM, Thursday, October 23, 2014 in Oakmont Memorial Park followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00PM at Clayton Valley Church, 5430 Michigan Blvd., Concord.
