Burial: 7/27/1983, per cemetery records

California Death Records
Name: Myrtle Mae Cotner
Birth: 27 Jun 1897 at Arkansas
Death: 18 Jul 1983 at Los Angeles Co.
Mother's Maiden Name: Clifton
Father's Surname: Hudson

Daughter of James W Hudson and Louella J Clifton of Hot Spring County, Arkansas.

Note:
While photographing the headstone, JAB discovered that this memorial page was incorrectly identified as "Alta Myrtle Verbryke Cotner (3 Aug 1876 OH - 15 Nov 1966 Orange Co.,CA)."

JAB submitted correction, "Myrtle Mae Hudson Cotner," and California Death Records, which verify his suggestion and correlate with cemetery burial records & headstone.

Myrtle's headstone lies next to & matches that of Charley W Cotner (1877-1962). However, census records & WWI Draft card verify his marriage to "Alta Myrtle Verbryke , whose memorial page has now been located (she lists herself as 'widow' in 1940 census, although apparently separated/divorced)...Younger Myrtle Mae must be a 2nd marriage for him.
