Levi Huffman, of Deep River, one of Porter county's oldest residents, died last Monday from injuries received at his mill. He was caught by a hook in an elevator and carried to the ceiling before the clothing gave away. The shock was more serious than the injury, and he passed away about six o'clock that evening. He was 72 years old.
