Marjory was born January 11, 1918 in Bloomington, IL, the daughter of Howard and Gertrude Martin Hull.
She married Melvin R. Blunk on October 27, 1939 in Bloomington, IL and he preceded her in death on March 3, 1994.
She is survived by one daughter, June (Rob) Meyer of Wauconda, IL; two sons, James (Kathy) Blunk of Watseka and Thomas (Paula) Blunk of Hickory Hills, IL; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; and one sister.
Mrs. Blunk was a member of the First Christian Church in Watseka. She taught Sunday School for over thirty years.
She was also a member of Grandmothers Club, Red Hat Ladies, Mixed Seniors Bowling League, and Order of Eastern Star.
Marjory enjoyed playing bridge as well as loved to bake where she was known as the "cookie lady" in Watseka because she was always giving away cookies.
She worked at Carson Pirie Scott for thirty years.
