Born in Dallas City Sept. 9, 1894 she was a daughter of George Henry and Sarah Emma Sayr Hull, sister of Pauline, Floyd, & Kenneth, she married Charles Blender on Feb. 9, 1921 in Quincy, Adams, IL. He died in Peoria in 1959.
Mrs. Blender was a member of Dallas City Christian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary thee. Surviving are two sons, Robert of Peoria and George of Morrison; one daughter Mrs. Kathleen Williams of Peoria; nine grand children; 8 great-grandchildren, one brother, Floyd Hull of Dallas City, and a sister, Mrs. Pauline Sheppard of Sun City, AZ.
