Pauline Betts, 68, died Monday, June 14, 1999, in Tupelo. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed needle point, sewing and traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carrol and Mamie Beard Hunt; two sisters, Hazel Fowler and Ruby Jean Hunt; and one brother, Dalton Hunt.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home in Verona with Minister Leon Willis officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, James Betts of Tupelo; one daughter, Betty Collins and her husband, Kevin, of Gulfport; two sons, Larry Betts and his wife, Tina, and Tommy Betts, all of Tupelo; three sisters, Ruth Mae Collinsworth of Dorsey, Polly South of Dorsey and Francis Lee and her husband, Melvin, of Dorsey; three brothers, Frank Hunt and his wife, Patsy, of Gleason, Tenn., Billy Hunt of East Prairie, Mo., and Junior Hunt of Mooreville; three grandchildren, Hunt Betts of Tupelo, Brandy Collins and Sherry Collins, both of Gulfport; two foster grandchildren, Craig Robinson and his wife, Teri, of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Denise Randleman and her husband, David, of Baldwyn.

Visitation will be from 5 until 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
