Dorothea Louise (Innes) Bowser, 86, of Kittanning died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2006 in Kittanning Care Center.She was born Aug. 31,1920 to George and Annebelle (Toy) Innes.Mrs. Bowser was a homemaker and a devoted mother.She was a Presbyterian.She was a member of the Applewold Ladies Firemen Auxiliary.She was a life-time resident of her community.Survivors include four sons, Charles A. Bowser of Wisconsin, Michael S. Bowser of Butler, Stephen J. Bowser of Kittanning, and Jeffrey A. Bowser of Delaware; three daughters, Suzanne Rumbaugh of Dayton, Dorothea L. Jageman, and Lillian R. Bowser, both of Kittanning; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles A. Bowser; three brothers; and four sisters.Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Inc., 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. James Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, East Franklin Township.
