A Putnam County native, Mrs. Bailey lived in Macon since 1929. She was a graduate of Middle Hospital School of Nursing and was a member of Ingleside Baptist Church of Macon.
Mrs. Bailey, the wife of the late Joe B. Bailey, was a daughter of the late Edward S. Jackson and Emma Hawkins Jackson.
Survivors include two sons, Hoyt S. Bailey, of Macon, and Joe B. Bailey, Jr., of Williston, Florida; four sisters, two brothers, and four grandchildren. The family could be contacted at the home of Hoyt S Bailey, 275 Riverdale, Macon.
Snow's Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
