SUMMERVILLE,S.C.-Mrs. Mattie Lou (Pet)Ayers,63,widow of Marion Ayers,died Monday at her residence.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Orangeburg.
Mrs. Ayers was born in Holly Hill,a daughter of the late Doc Jackson and Mrs. Texie Jackson. She attended Orangeburg County Schools and was a Baptist.
Survivors include,three brothers,David Jackson,Marvin Jackson,and Usher Jackson all of Summerville;two sisters,Mrs. Annie Watkins of Summerville and Mrs. Corrine Ice of Titusville,Fla.
