Rosa Lee Agee, 66, of Esmont, Va., entered into eternal rest on Monday afternoon, Sept. 12, 2005. She was born in Goochland County, Va., July 2, 1939, daughter of the late Comiller and Lora Watson Jackson. Two sisters, Willie Mae Jackson and Barbara Ann Thomas preceded her in death. Rosa was a faithful member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. She loved the Lord, her family and her church family. She was a member of the Junior and Senior Choir; Chaplain and Sunday School Teacher; a member of Mt. Pleasant Women's Auxiliary and Usher of the church . She was also a member of the Esmont Senior Citizens and Green Croft Garden Club. Her loving and godly spirits shall be remembered by her two sons, Tony Edward Agee (Priscilla) of Charlottesville, Va., and George Agee Jr. (Monica) of Waynesboro, Va.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Louella Walker of Charlottesville; two brothers, Charles Jackson of Culpeper, Va. and James Jackson of Charlottesville; one brother-in-law, George Walker of Charlottesville; one devoted niece, Lola Shelton of Kent Store, Va.; and a host of other loving nieces, nephews, greatnieces, great- nephews, cousins and friends that she cherished. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, 2005 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Esmont, Va. with the Rev. Otis Donaldson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
