Mrs. Allison, Aged 75, Dead

Mrs. Margaret Ellen Allison, aged 75, widow of the late John W. Allison, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jess Campbell, at 2014 Ohio avenue, East End, at 6:25 o'clock this morning. Death was due to a complication of diseases and old age. Mrs. Allison had been afflicted with rheumatism for the past 30 years. Prior to coming to East End to reside with her daughter, about two years ago, Mrs. Allison made her home at Hookstown, Pa, where the family lived for 10 or 12 years. She was a member of the Free Methodist church at Hookstown. The deceased is survived by four sons and four daughters; William Harding Allison, John L. Allison and Robert E. Allison of Hookstown, Pa., and George A. Allison of Chester and Mrs. Mary B. Lyons of Hookstown; Mrs. Louella M. Campbell of Chester and Mrs. Jesse Campbell and Mrs. Margaret Laughlin, both of East End. She is also survived by two brothers and one sister; Dales Jackson of Fairview, W. Va.; Jones Jackson of Irondale, O., and Mrs. Annie Denhan of Orion, O. Funeral Services will probably be held from the Campbell home in East End at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Rev Ayers, pastor of the Hookstown Free Methodist church, officiating. Interment will be made in the Pughtown Cemetery.

Margaret's parents were William L. Jackson and Mary Mercer-Jackson.
