MOULTON- Services for Mrs. Nora Maude Bass, 77, of Moulton 2, who died Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at her residence, were today at Fairfield Church of Christ, T.A. Thompson and O.D. Bowling officiating. Burial was in Red Hill Cemetery, Elliott Funeral Home directing.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Paul Wiley of Danville; a son, John H. Bass of Moulton 2; three sisters, Mrs. Nell Royer of Decatur 3; Mrs. Bill Wiley of Danville and Mrs. Grace Clemons of Hartselle; three brothers, C.V. Jacobs, Rob Jacobs and Truitt Jacobs, all of Moulton; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Junior Jacobs, Dr. J.H. Jacobs, Kenneth Wiley, Burt McCulloch Jr, Raymond Royer and Billy Ray Clemons.
Mrs. Bass was a native of Morgan County and moved to Lawrence County in the early 1900s. She was a member of Fairfield Church of Christ for 60 years.
