Betty Louise Cochran Jones, 82, passed away on May 15, 2013. Funeral services and a celebration of her life will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Harry Goff officiating. The family will meet friends on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jones was born in Macon, GA to the late Charlie and Louise Nelson Cochran. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wallace Giddens. She was a member of North Macon Church of Christ and a former member of Bellevue Baptist Church. Mrs. Jones worked for the Coliseum Medical Center for several years.
