MACON - Melissa Elaine Jones Eatherton passed away June 3, 2005. Funeral services will be held 3P.M. Monday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Dr. Neal Wall will be officiating. -Mrs. Eatherton was born in Bibb County and was the daughter of the late Norman Edgar Jones; and granddaughter of the late Joe and Shirley Tidwell and the late Rev. Paul Jones. She was a homemaker and a loving mother and will be missed by those who loved her. Melissa graduated from First Presbyterian Day School and attended Macon College and Georgia College and was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. -She is survived by her husband Rob Eatherton; three children, Robert Brayden Eatherton, Caleb Quinn Eatherton, and Ivey Elizabeth Eatherton, all of Lizella; mother, Jolaine Jones of Lizella; brother, Ed Jones of Lizella; and grandmother, Juanita Jones of Cochran. -In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Children's Hospital, 858 High Street, Macon, GA 31201. -The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M.
