Ted L. Jordan, 63, of South Elgin passed away Saturday, December 22, 2001 in Sherman Hospital. He was born August 2, 1938 in Muddy, IL, the son of Edward and Mary (Anderson) Jordan.
Ted was employed with the State of Illinois for over 31 years prior to his retirement.
He was an avid Amateur Ham Radio Operator.
Survivors include his wife, Lois (Vander Valde) Jordan of South Elgin; his mother, Mary Jordan of Elgin; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Jordan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2001 from 12 Noon to 2 PM in the Laird Funeral Home, Elgin.
Burial and Funeral Services will be private.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
